With a deep desire to improve myself and a passion for helping other individuals, I decided to start my career as a personal trainer over 10 years ago. I began my journey after graduating with a BSc in Science in Italy. Upon moving to the United Kingdom, I realised that was very challenging to find personal trainers very experienced and knowledgeable , this led me to pursue a career change and dedicate myself to this area.

I have extensive experience training a wide range of clients, whether they are experienced gymgoers or complete novices, from 20 years old to 70 years old.

As a Personal Trainer, I specialise in helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals, whether it be weight loss, muscle building, increased strength, improved core stability, enhanced performance, or increased flexibility. I take the time to thoroughly assess my clients' physical fitness and understand their unique needs in order to create personalised and realistic exercise plans that will help them reach their target objectives.

My scientific training helps my clients to achieve dramatic transformations in the shortest period of time in a healthy and sustainable way.

I am dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the fitness industry. I believe that it is important to constantly seek out new knowledge and techniques to better serve my clients, and I do this by regularly attending seminars and workshops. These events allow me to learn from experts in the field , exchange ideas with my peers, and discover new approaches to training and wellness. By staying informed and engaged with the latest research and best practices, I am able to provide my clients with the most effective and cutting-edge training programs and advice.
